Mingo Video Clips

I have converted several video clips of events in Mingo Junction and Steubenville.   These tapes have been converted from 8 mm to VHS to digital.  Therefore, the quality is not as good as today's newer digital cameras.  In order to view these clips you will need Real Networks Realplayer.  I hope you enjoy the clips.  Thanks for visiting the website.Nial Pashke, Jr.

The General's last run through Mingo in 1963
This old train came through Mingo mostly unnoticed. It was the last run for this train as it was retired to Georgia. My Grandfather worked for the Pennsylvania Railroad and called my father to come down to film it.

Mingo Community Days Parade Late 1960s
I believe this video is from 1969. It has the Mingo High School band
and some unicyclists.


Weirton Steel ESOP Parade 1983 MHS & CCHS Bands
This Christmas parade was held to promote the ESOP buyout of Weirton Steel.
The clip shows the 1983 Chevrolet Chevette they were raffling off.
It also shows the Mingo
and Steubenville Central bands.
